Welcome to Poggle. These Terms of Service govern your use of our pet co-parenting application. By creating an account, you agree to these simple terms.
1. Account Creation
To use Poggle, you register with your email address using our secure email authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content & Sharing
You retain ownership of any information, schedules, and photos you upload to pet profiles. By sharing profiles with a co-parent, you grant them access to view and edit that data within the app. You grant Poggle a non-exclusive license to host and store this content to provide the service.
3. Acceptable Use
Poggle is a platform for peaceful and collaborative pet care. You agree not to use the app to harass, stalk, or abuse co-parents, or to upload inappropriate, offensive, or infringing material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
4. Disclaimers & Liability
Poggle is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not resolve disputes between co-parents and are not responsible for any issues, actions, or pet health decisions made using the application.
5. Termination
You can delete your account and permanently erase your shared logs and pet profiles from settings at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at our sole discretion.
